About Highline Promise
Promise Scholars is a community of educators and learners committed to the academic success, personal growth, and the actualization and perpetuation of excellence for Current or Future Highline College Students who identify as Black and Brown Male/Non-Binary Students, ages 16-26 who are King County Residents.
